Habitat is important but so is forage(food). What role does Virginia giving a Canadian Co. most of the menhaden (forage) in the Bay play in the decline of rockfish?
The man within this video speaks too fast for some people to understand. Please update, or fix this issue. I think doing this would benefit me and others who try to learn from this video, either from school or at home.
