Troy Bishopp is a grazing specialist in New York whose passion earned him the moniker the Grass Whisperer

Known for his passion for grazing, Troy Bishopp is called the Grass Whisperer. But Bishopp shies away from calling himself an expert, despite his 30 years of experience as a grass farmer and a grazing specialist with New York's Madison County Soil and Water Conservation District and the Upper Susquehanna Coalition. In Hubbardsville, N.Y., Bishopp visits Endless Trails Farm, where he has worked with owners to set up conservation practices and give advice on rotational grazing.
