Ira Wallace reflects on her 30 years with Southern Exposure Seed Exchange

Southern Exposure Seed Exchange specializes in growing seeds of heirloom crops. The company now works with over 100 small farmers to sell more than 800 varieties of vegetable, flower, herb, grain and cover crop seeds. Southern Exposure encourages practices to maintain soil health like using cover crops which reduce runoff from farms.
