Jeff is Senior Advisor to the EPA Administrator for the Chesapeake Bay and Anacostia River. In that role Jeff helps coordinate all aspects of the agency’s Chesapeake Bay restoration efforts and serves as the chief liaison among the Office of the Administrator; federal, state and local government partners; and community and nonprofit stakeholders.
