Julie Winters works with the Environmental Protection Agency at the Chesapeake Bay Program. She is also an Anne Arundel County Master Watershed Steward. Through her role with this program, Julie helps raise awareness about the importance of picking up pet waste and helps promote pet waste stations throughout the county.
