Durga Ghosh

Durga Ghosh works for the US Geological Survey and is the Quality Assurance Coordinator for the Chesapeake Bay Program (CBP). She is responsible for the overall quality of the products generated by the CBP and ensures compliance of the environmental information collected with relevant EPA policies and guidance. She leads the quality system audit and assessment of State partners and other divisional grantees in the watershed. Durga holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology, a master's degree in biotechnical sciences, and a doctorate in biochemistry.
