Kevin is an employee of the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science (UMCES) Integration and Application Network supporting cloud and computing infrastructure and public web site deployment and security at the Chesapeake Bay Program (CBP). Kevin joined UMCES and CBP in July 2017 after over two decades as lead scientific programmer and web application developer for the electrical and mechanical design engineering and marketing teams at a microwave filter company. He is a lifelong resident of Cambridge, Maryland, with a degree in computer engineering from Bucknell University. Outside of his CBP role, he is the real-time control system programmer for the oyster hatchery UMCES operates on its Horn Point Laboratory campus.
