Headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, the Chesapeake Bay Program is the nation’s premier watershed restoration partnership. Our partnership brings nonprofits, academic institutions, and federal and state agencies together to meet the goals of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Agreement.

The partners that make up the Chesapeake Bay Program are some of the most influential environmental organizations in the Mid-Atlantic. Joining the Chesapeake Bay Program puts you at the center of this dynamic group of scientists, conservationists, researchers and more.

Many of our staff live throughout the Chesapeake Bay watershed or near Annapolis, Maryland. Annapolis is located between two major cities (Baltimore and Washington, D.C.) and includes a historic downtown, competitive job opportunities for family members, top-ranked public schools, and of course, some of the nation’s best seafood! The Bay Program partnership works across the entire watershed, so you will have the opportunity to influence and engage with communities across the region.
